looking for the best way

I am seeking for the best way to be indexed by Google; however there are some ways but none of them have advantage over the other. also there is another problem, the Google system for indexing is differ form Yahoo and Altavista. you should do some more endeavor to be indexed in all search engines.
My first goal is to make my website searchable for my audience in particular in my location and my territory.

we would like to make CurePCs quite well known name in Göteborg or Gothenburg in Sweden.
